From the beginning, our focus has been on creating the best-tasting bread to share with as many people as possible. With roots in hospitality, our long-term retail and restaurant wholesale partnerships are at the heart of our operation. We strive to build lasting relationships with our wholesale partners; we’ve been at Bob’s Market for more than 12 years.

We Deliver!

We deliver on our promises, but also… we deliver. Daily! Our freshly baked loaves go into our fleet of trucks for direct delivery to our wholesale customers every day. We bake in Inglewood and deliver throughout Los Angeles and into Orange County.

Our Bread

We are a commercial bakery, but we don’t bake like one. We use our own sourdough starter, Cairnspring Mills flours, and low, slow ferments. This isn’t the easiest way to bake or the fastest, but it results in bread with complex, appealing flavors that are equally delicious paired with other ingredients, alongside pasta, or in a sandwich. Our bread is packed to provide additional flexibility for retail and restaurant customers, with whole and sliced options, as well as full and half loaves available.
